Designed to reduce breakdowns and ensure a more effective use of your lifting equipment. Upon completion of each service visit our engineers shall provide a copy of the results to be reported later as part of the service agreement. Any major defects can either be dealt with by the customers own staff or on the spot by our site engineers. A full written service report shall be provided by the Service Manager and if requested costs to perform any repairs can be advised.

Breakdowns

Our trained service team can provide on-site attendance to cater with any brakedown situation. Most breakdowns can be attended within two hours, during normal working time. An outside hours helpline will be available to cope with demands beyond normal hours.
